2015-16 College Basketball Rule Changes

Will any of these rules changes carryover to HS Bball? (Other than shot clock, of course?..)

I really hope DIAA institutes a shot clock for boys and girls b-ball because MAN, I've seen some awful stall ball game plans and never-ending possessions this past year and it makes the game boring to some degree, at least for me.

I agree. In THE 1980s the NCAA established a 40 second clock. Then took it to 35 and now 30. Are the HS rules pretty much dictated by the National Federation?
