Technique Camp: Kindergarten-12th Grade
Advanced Technique Camp: 5th-12th Grade
High School Competitive Camp: 8th-12th Grade
Camps will run simultaneously. Choose the camp that is best for you.

• Grouped by age & ability
• Live wrestling sessions, dual meets & matches
• Motivational speakers
• Promotes team unity
• Teams & individual wrestlers accepted
• Partial teams & individual wrestlers will be combined to form full high school teams
• One weigh-in at the beginning of camp
• Coaches have the option to attend
• Individual tournament
• Tournament champions receive a custom warm-up jacket

• Strength training & nutrition seminar
