Concord's Gigi Calderara earned the win allowing 1 run on 6 hits and recording 6 strikeouts. Concord's offense was led by Maddie Michulka who had 2 hits and 5 RBI's and Gigi Calderara who had 2 hits and an RBI. Ruby Heggan and Rylee Waslyn both had multiple hits, Hannah Powell had a solo homerun, and Devon Michelli and Rachel Waslyn also contributed hits.

Sydney Ahlstrom went 3 for 3 and Dana Harris had a solo homerun for Christiana.

Laurel 14 Sussex Academy 2

Sussex Academy Seahawks Varsity Can't Catch Up To Laurel Sussex Academy Seahawks Varsity fell behind early and couldn't come back in a 14-2 loss to Laurel on Thursday. Laurel scored on a groundout by Whaley, a walk by Olivia Venables, and an error in the first inning. The Sussex Academy Seahawks Varsity struggled to contain the high-powered offense of Laurel, giving up 14 runs. In the first inning, Laurel got their offense started when Whaley grounded out, scoring one run. Laurel scored six runs in the sixth inning. Hill, Venables, Alyssa Brittingham, Lynch, and Ullman each had RBIs in the big inning. Hill got the win for Laurel. The bulldog went six innings, allowing two runs on six hits and striking out ten. Carson Gesuero took the loss for Sussex Academy Seahawks Varsity. The righty lasted three innings, allowing eight hits and eight runs while striking out two. Sussex Academy Seahawks Varsity totaled six hits. Caelynn Rees Jorgensen and Madison Taylor each had multiple hits for Sussex Academy Seahawks Varsity. Jorgensen went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Sussex Academy Seahawks Varsity in hits. Laurel had 15 hits in the game. Rogers, Hill, Lynch, Ullman, and Brittingham each managed multiple hits for Laurel. Laurel was sure-handed in the field and didn't commit a single error. Rogers had the most chances in the field with 11.

Lake Forest 2 Woodbridge 1
Sumpter threw a complete game striking out 8 for Lake Forest. Sumpter also drove in a run in the 7th inning to put Lake ahead. 6 other Spartan players scattered 6 more hits throughout the game.
Emily Peterson pitched a complete game striking out 3. Parker Keeler and Kamryn Spence both had 2 hits on the day. Keeler scored the Raiders only run on a Spence RBI.

Appoquinimink 15 Mt. Pleasant 0
Savannah Laird and Alya McCathern combined on the no hitter with 12 strikeouts to lead Appoquinimink to the win. The Jaguars were lead on offense by Olivia Marinucci who went 3 for 4 with 3 doubles and 5 RBIs. Hailey Watlington and Julia Weglarz also added multi hit games, with Watlington knocking home 4 runs and Weglarz scoring 4 times on the day. Airyn Zimmerman made some nice defensive plays in leftfield for Mount Pleasant.

Bella Mckee pitched a complete game shut out , struck out 7 & was 3 for 3 at the plate with 2RBI to lead Conrad over Archmere. AB Baldwin & Adriana Pesce added 2 hits each for Conrad. Kaitlin Lotkowski had 2 hits for Archmere.
St. Georges 10 Middletown 0
Reese Founds got the win in the one hit shutout against the St.Georges Hawks with 13 K's and 0 Walks. Elise Britton went 2 for 3 and Maddy Hackett had a 3 run HR.
Haley Beres went 1 for 2 at the plate for the Hawks.

Smyrna 7 Cape Henlopen 5 Loretta Price went 2 for 3 with 2 runs, 4 RBIs, and a homerun to lead the Lady Eagles. Kalissa Andruzzi added 2 RBIs for Smyrna. Alivia Heers went 2 for 3 with 3 RBIs and 2 home runs for Cape.

St. Marks 7 Charter 4 St. Marks survived 7th inning rally from Charter to hold on for a 7-4 win. The Spartans were led by Carly Maxton with 2 hits and 2 rbi. Maddie Casapulla, Ryleigh Thomas, Brynn Eyler and Ellie Newton also had multiple hits for St Marks. Cass Zelano had a great day at the plate for the Force. She was 4 for 4 with 5 rbi. Natalie Nycz added 2 hits. Maxton struck out 12 St. Marks survived 7th inning rally from Charter to hold on for a 7-4 win. The Spartans were led by Carly Maxton with 2 hits and 2 rbi. The Bulldog's offense stayed hot today tallying 23 runs over 16 hits. G. Arnone drove in 6 with 3 hits. E. Hadley also contributed 3 hits, 3 runs, and 2 rbi. O. DeFino added 3 hits. A Grand Slam by Bargren in the 3rd was her first HR of the year! Chakar pitched a complete game, striking out 8 Rams.
The Rams were led by Abbott who had 3 hits, 2 runs, and 3 rbi. Bledsoe contributed 2 hits and scored twice. Lilli Showacre pitched 6 strong innings allowing no runs on 4 hits while striking out 7, and Lily Hutt pitched a scoreless 7th for Delmarva Christian. Both also led the way offensively for the Royals. Hutt opened the scoring for the Royals with a 2 out triple in the first inning and finished with 2 hits and 2 RBI. Showacre had a hit and 3 RBI. Lily Fetterman, Lauren Henderson and Ryley McCluskey each had an RBI for the Royals.
