Peter Erskine and Nathaniel Huxtable had two hits apiece to lead the Quaker attack. Patrick McKenzie plated two with a triple and Huxtable drove in three. Jason Hughes doubled. Carter Ross closed the game with a 1-2-3 11-pitch 7th. Colton Ferguson pitched the entire game for Sanford on just 91 pitches. Ryan Timmons, the Warrior catcher, erased two would-be base stealers at second.
