Friday

Charter @ St E - Charter starts 3-0 against Newark, Glasgow & Brandywine. St E has started off 0-2 playing Conrad and St Marks.

Polytech @ CR - Polytech is 1-1 with a big win over IR and a close loss to Archmere. CR is 1-2 with close losses to St Marks & Sussex Tech. Poly beat CR last year by 1 run.

Sussex Tech @ Smyrna - Tech is 4-0 with wins over CR, Seaford, Glasgow, Woodbridge. Smyrna is 2-0 with wins over Milford and Lake. Smyrna won a close one over Tech in 2013.

Saturday

Conrad @ Concord - Conrad is 2-2 on the season. Wins against Tatnall and St E, with losses to ST G & Archmere. Concord is 2-1 with wins over Glasgow and Appo and a loss to Mtown.

DMA @ Glasgow - DMA starts off 3-0 with 3 10-run rule game wins over Delcastle, Public Safety and St Thomas More. Glasgow starts 0-3 with losses against Concord, Charter & Sussex Tech

Cape @ Dover - Cape is 2-2. Dover is 2-0 with 34 runs scored against Delmarva Christian & IR

Sussex Central @ Sallies - Central is 1-0 with a 10 run game over Milford. Sallies is 0-2 losing a heartbreaker against Caravel and losing 5-1 to Malvern.

IR @ St Marks - IR is 1-3 with losses to Poly, Delmar, Dover and a win over Seaford. St Marks starts 3-0 with wins over St E, Hodgson and CR.

Sunday

Stenta Cup at Frawley all day. St Georges, Howard, Hodgson, Delcastle

Smyrna over tech 5-4. Wild finish. Smyrna left 12 runners on base thru 6. Down 4-1 with two men on and two outs in the bottom of the 7th, Dario Anderson drew a walk. Justin bowens came to the plate, and with a 0-2 count hit a single to the gap in left scoring 2. Corey everage came up and hit a single down the left field line to tie it up at 4. Sophomore Ryan Seymour then hit a walk off single over the SS head to win the game.

Tommy Spagnola tossed a 2 hitter with 12 KOs. Dom DiSabatino hit a grand slam and Jay Perry hit a towering solo home run.



Conrad 11 Concord 0
Sallies 18 Sussex Central 2

Not surprised they won but really surprised with the scores of the Sallies and Conrad games.
