Henlopen Conf. Predictions

Season is underway, who looks like the top dogs in the Henlopen conference? I know its still early but it seems like Cape lost a lot of their key players from last year. Have only seen highlights but CR looked sharp. Milford seems to be the team emerging in the south.

Cape and CR will always be in the mix. Great coaches and feeder system. I see where Cape played National Powers Bullis and Gonzaga. Did anyone see the games?

I did not see either of those games but I did see the Cape Sussex Tech game. Hats off to ST they played hard and gave them a fight but Cape was able to come out on top. They won comfortably but they didn't look like the Cape of years past.

Milford, Delmar, Lake, IR

Think CR has the most talent returning, Milford has a youth program. I will take them top finish on top.
