Wp Football program Thank You to Coach Simpson

I was at the William Penn vs. Newark game Friday Night. Before the game Wp Head Coach Marvin Dooley had the Announcer call Butch Simpson to the 50 yard line and Wp's Coach Dooley and two of his Team Captains #66 Dooley and #4 Burton and another Coach on Wp Staff who played for Coach Simpson from 83-87 gave him a gift from the Wp Football Program. What a classy move on Wp Head Coach's part. It was a very nice sign of appreciation to Coach Simpson for all he has done for Delaware High School Football.

I was there Friday night as well and that was a class act move by William Penn nice to see them recognize Coach Simpson. Wonder if any other team has done something like that this year .
