Delaware high school football is better when Delmar is winning. What's going on with them this year?

Very tough schedule to start and some bad luck in two games... They arent as bad as 0-5 suggest IMO

I seen this same scenario live last week at a JUCO game, these type of plays remind me of the Keystone Kops.

Don't know what's going on in Delmar right now. they should be 3-2. I do know they have had some turn over in coaches. Looks like new def. cord. this year (have not seen the old one at any games) and I heard one coaches has not been there because his son plays college football and he is traveling to his games. They have Also had a tough Schedule this year, that has not helped. This group had a lot of seniors, I thought this was a playoff team, boy was I wrong.
Regarding the Lake Forest game: you can see the official waving his arms, doesn't that mean that the play is over?

The only argument for Delmar in that play is if the ref blew the whistles... which I have heard no one mention yet
Back to the original question, I'm not sure how Delaware football benefits because Delmar is winning. Why can't other teams win?
