"Stretch Elliott" was a force on the gridiron and the basketball court. I remember when I was a lot younger hearing those that remembered him talking about him. I also remember reading about him in old Laurel Yearbooks and memoirs in the Laurel Historical Society records that are stored. He went to Northwestern. I believe he was from the 1930's!Guy was a beast. Played for Green Bay
