2016 Div I and Div II Football Season

I have had the chance to on most weekends to see three to four high school football games each week. Div I and Div II teams play. Some top games and some below average games. But I have to say I have been pleased with the competition.

Div I - Surprise - William Penn Thought this year would be a Rebuilding Year. Great Job by Coach Dooley and his staff on keeping this team in the hunt. Next would be Sussex Central and Cape Henlopen. But Cape is rewarded because of a weak schedule. Caravel just exposed them. Middletown and Smyrna are wear I think they would be. Concord is a team I am most disappointed with. I expected more with this team.

Div II - Glasgow is my big surprise. Congrats to there Coaches. Next Would be St Georges after a horrible off season he has them back in contention. Friends has impressed me as well. Milford -DMA are having good years. But Class of the field Woodbridge really good team. My Sleeper team playing well right now Caravel has some talent and could go deep in playoffs.

Just my thoughts what are your thoughts..

Fully agree with your point about penn. After the Middletown game I wasn't sure they would get 6 wins but they changed their offense and their defense has been lights out and have showed they are 3rd best team in the state

GHigh, Woodbridge, DMA, STG and Caravel as a 6 or 7 seed?

Damn that some Good games coming.

D1 barring an upset Smyrna vs Mtown title game coming. Going to be a classic.
