Hearing Sallies added Westminster High (MD) not sure which date though at Westminster.. Wesminster is a decent 3A team who went 6-4 last year. I'll assume its week 5 as Sallies has week 8 pegged for Alumni Reunion.. Thats 6 away games for the Gents.. Its getting tougher and tougher for the privates to schedule games it seems

Assuming that is correct, it shows as a Home Game for Sallies, week 5 - 10/07/2017.
Its not shown on the Sallies WFS site yet.. I think Sals was looking for a home game on that date..actually its week 8(our week 8)

When CA played them they were 9 students shy of D1..They may have enough now I don't know...Always a pretty solid team though..they like to spread it out and usually have a few fast guys..they run more than they pass out of though
Even though this year's championship game wasn't as close as anticipated, I think Middletown and Smyrna have interesting schedules. They open up with each other and they both play the Big S. The Big S no longer has CR and Dover and has added to out of state teams.
The flip of Hodgson and St. G into Flight A certainly gives a different look to the Flight A schedules. Flight A seems to be upgraded....
Fanklin has been pretty good for the last 4 years or so making use of their magnate program getting kids in there from out of the zone. St Frances is poaching a lot of the kids they were getting.. They will be an above average Baltimore County public team next year as lose a good amount of SR and all those D1 players they had have cycled through.. should be no huge problem for Smyrna but who knows who they might get to transfer in from the privates.. Franklin always has plenty of speed just not allot of size.. It should be a good game

hmmm Smyrna shows still needing a game.. They haven't had that problem in awhile... Guess they will have to go OOS for 2.. Looks like the only Flight A team willing to play them is Middletown
Not being to tied to a conference gives them the capability and maybe necessity of an interesting schedule. I don't think they ever duck anybody even in the rebuilding years.
Franklin has been in the last 2 Maryland class 3A title games. They are tough.
They are a good team but their Region in class 3A in MD is weak and so is their conference.. Basically a cake walk to the semis.. Do give them credit for stepping out and scheduling tough teams non conference but they never win those games
I believe they played Damascus in the chip the last t3 year and won 1. The year they won it they lost to a 7-4 Cavert Hall team pretty handily but like I said those players have cycled through and I don't believe they have been reloading like they were but still will be a good team just not one that can beat the St Frances and Dematha's of the world
