Look at last years game had to be halted because players were out of control What coach wants that on their resume?

I think it was the 2017 game that was halted. But I agree the politics, egos, etc are a pain to manage

Typically you have to serve as an assistant coach before they give you the head job. It’s all about who is involved with the commitee that will get picked. Politics is big in all of our sports in DE.
