There NFL really needs to look at forming it's own developmental league. Some good players came out of NFL Europe, but the cost was too much. I think the NFL should do something on this side of the pond. Find some smaller college stadiums and just have an 8 team league. The problem is these leagues are starting out way too ambitious and without proper funding. XFL has 250 Million in seed money so maybe they can do something. But I like rooting against McMahon so I want to see them fail.
The XFL will fail this time just like it did 18 years ago, even with the patriotic angle. The NFL has too much power and leverage to loan players out to teams/leagues - why would they?
