Everybody is a potential recruit. When you give kids and their families a tour of the school and the facilities, you are not going to skip the new football stadium.
My sense is that the "suite" would be used for alumni events and fundraising...or things like hosting alumni athletes on anniversary years of special teams. The Soccer team will keep that suite busy as all get out.
I believe it will also be used for the annual festivus airing of grievances for the forum get-together. I think's BIB's turn to supply the booze.
