After watching the News Journal video on this one, there was absolutely no foul on the final play of regulation. Why do referees feel the need to decide a game? Let the kids play man...they gave a game away that AI worked hard to win.

If that call were to be made in a state tournament setting, people would have started a riot. I thought the rule of thumb was to make a no call versus make up a foul to call when its the last possession of a game? Delaware officiating baffles me.

Completely agree. AI got robbed its ashame, game was over clock expired without a whistle being blown. Then for Appo's coach to be able to walk over to where the refs are huddling and then the refs break huddle with a foul call is absolutely absurd. Very surprised AI's coaching staff did not lose their cool.

WoW!!!!!! That was by far the worst call of the year!!!!!! That official should be ashamed for not letting the kids decide the game. From his vantage point there is no way he should have made that call. The ball was stripped...clean. Keep your head up AI and good luck in the tournament.

Just making sure I wasn't crazy and it seems like I'm not. I agree props to AI coaching staff I know if it were me I would have went ballistic. This game will only help them when it counts in the playoffs.
