People give him a hell but he's been seen in and out of schools in DE actively recruiting the best and brightest. I think he targets kids who may be a stretch D1 kid but will end up landing at 1AA anyway. So the kid being courted by Rutgers, Syracuse, Temple end up 2nd/3rd on their scholarship list and UD has an offer waiting for them. If it works he'll be up to his ears in talent. If not "he gone"
