Howard handled the 2 teams from the Silk Panty League and truly surprised the cognoscenti with their victory tonight.

Sallies won't have any problems the next 2 years and I'm sure they would welcome a series with Howard. Although adding another DII team would be a bad idea.

You are correct. Salesianum probably wouldn't want to get hurt in the point system with 2 D2 schools but they do share a Stadium with Howard and the last game they played in 2008 was very competitive. The campuses are like 12 blocks apart.
Yeah but that was a 5-5 Sals team. It's not a competitive game IMO.

rr, upon reflection, the logical city series game is Howard-St. E's. They used to have some donnybrooks but they haven't played in a decade. It looks like Howard will play the same schedule next year and bring Smyrna to Baynard in week #5.
The Slowskys are showing 2 open dates - week 1 and week 4. I would think that they would have return dates with their Philly Catholic League brethren. (O'Hara and Judge)
This was a point of discussion a few years ago. He knows too much history of the program. I don't ever remember him (or is it her) picking the Sals to win.
Howard came ready to play. They won the battles of both turnovers and intensity. While it wasn't quite as dramatic as the D1 contest, it was indeed a good game to watch.
