Cape vs Milford

I was there... Cape coach dont know how to use this talented team period... If he keep coaching like that.. They not a top 15 team... Horrible.... I watch Woodbridge beat them easily..
What do you think he (coach) could have done?
Props to Murray. He was an Animal and had he not been in foul trouble vs the bridge that might have been a different game.

Easily full court Press.. They turned ball over ever Time... He stoped.. Woodbridge coach did same coach did the same thing... Coach Re is horrible... Too much talent.. Dont know how to use them... Smh.. They not top 10....

Lol. Phones do that at times. Milford played well. Cape could play more uptempo. They have the horses. I can see them avg 70 a game if they get out and run more looking for early shots.

Lost in this is the fact that Milford is much better than your giving them credit for. They could easily be undefeated. If Murray doesn't pick up that 5th foul vs WB that game is different. Murray was TREMENDOUS

Milford is not good period.. I compare them to the upstate teams .. Like Sallies.. Mount .. Śt. Georges... St. Thomas Moore.. They would crush them easily.. U stuck in Henlopen Conferences not the whole state... Smh.. Far as Re coaching..please you can not Let one Man beat you by driving the ball to the hoop.. Murray didnt make one jumpshot.. Trap the ball out his hands and full court Press..Basic coaching adjustments... And that słów me down system is hurting all that talent...

Re is a terrible coach if you think otherwise you're clearly a part of the coaching staff...family...or in the political chain. He has turned flat out talented horses into docile show pony's. Bring back Tingle! When you can't demand you're best player play defense...I lose all respect. Cape is not in good hands, but the school will never make a change at the Head Coaching position.
Not only that... Why not u or one of your staff Members go scout teams you play and have idea wat they do.. But yet he can coach.. Lol..

I think Starkey is best Coach in the conference and did a GREAT job preparing his boys. Lake Forest is up and coming.

Agree he is a great coach... But Lake is real weak to ... CR beat them by 29... Smh
I agree this dude has two 6"6 kids. anf 6"2 pg! You would think Cape would be awesome all that free shooting workouts in there supporters gym someone not happy
You can have all the talent in world but without a coach ... Just isnt going work... Went to Cape vs Tech because only game downstate to see.. Cape was up 7-2 4:00 left so He decides to take out 3 starters . Cape lost quarter 13 to 11.. People in crowd chanting .
