although I think Mt P or Concord could upset St G but Tech is going to need some help if they win out

Dover has 1bp from HVT already in and accounted for in their 23 as they already played them so they can only get 1 more.. Penn hasn't played them yet so they have none attributed to them from HVT... The first post in the thread is the pts in the bank as per games played.. The post your referring to is a projection adding to the points earned already.
