St G's spot at 6 is very temporary..
Penns got the best schedule left to only lose 1 while the others 5 down are looking at 2

I think DIAA should do the same coop deal for a few schools here. Baltimore does it as well for their strugling inner city schools... Dickinson and Mckean... as well as Christina district should just have 1 D1 district team including Christiana, Newark and Glasgow... just a thought

South Carolina does something similar. They have "Magnet" schools that multiple high school students can choose to go to, but those students will play sports at their "Home" school. Enrollment numbers for the schools for sports purposes include all students home schools, not just the students who attend the school.

I didn't realize that - are you sure they all play for Mastery? a few years ago - Simon Gratz (part of the Mastery Charter network) played against Mastery in the playoffs.

I think St Georges has 25 as well. 4 D1 wins + 1 D1 loss.

In FLA home school kids can play for their local high school... Tebow was a home school kid that played for Nease High.. Jason Talyor as well was home schooled and played for local HS team.

DIAA did make an exception for Red Lion when the Glasgow Church took over and allowed their home school kids to play for RLCA but the HS curriculum has to be administered by the school and the homeschool kids have to test or something in the school a few times a semester or something like that..

DIAA should take it a step further and allow home school kids to play for their zoned public schools IMO

Red Clay District kind of did it to themselves allowing so many charters in the district. Cab Calloway, DMA, Conrad, Wilmington Charter. Technically Cab and Conrad are Magnet schools..

Coop Guests: Hardy Williams High School - Mastery Charter, Lenfest Mastery Charter School, Shoemaker Mastery Charter School, Thomas Mastery Charter School

That certainly tightens up the race for 5 and 6 between Sals, St G and Penn.. St G has the hammer on the tie in points on Penn.. Sals has it over Penn and probably St G

Assuming Penn goes 3-1 and St G 2-2

Penn 40+4bp= 44
St G 39+5bp=44 or if CA wins 9- 45.. either way St G gets the spot has head to head on tie

BP's

Penn- HVT 2 MT 2 (cant get 1 from Sals unless Sals beats MT then MT would only be 1 so its a wash. 4bp

St G- CA (1 or 2) MT 2 HVT 2

Lets take a look at Sals assuming they go 2 and 2

Sals- 37+7bp=44

bp- EA 2, Smyrna 1, MT 2, HVT 2= 7

Interesting in that St G playing D2 CA is what will likely put them in the play-offs

Sals will have H to H over St G and Penn (assuming Sals beats St G this week)

Also interesting Sals could beat St G this week and St G end up higher seed than them..

Penn and St G gets in over Sals if EA doesn't get that 9th win.. EA is 6-0 and has Spring Chesnut (5--1), Malvern Prep (2-4), Germantown (4-1) and Haverford (4-2)

Malvern and Haverford losses have all come to very good OOC and OOS teams.. so its no lock for Sals... Playing D2 St Marks may cost them a spot

BiB, pick a D1 team, oh Idk... take Smyrna for example, and should me how points were calculated for 20+6. Not the generic x pts for D1 etc spill. An actual illustration of the calculation when your time permits. Thanks.

Smyrnas Schedule....

Middletown - Loss = 1
Glenelg - Loss = 1
Sussex Central - Win = 6
Salesianum - Win = 6
Sussex Tech - Win = 6
Dover - Win = 6

1+1+6+6+6+6 = 26

OK, that's what I had. I didn't know if the +6 was bonus points up to that point. I see now that it's just adding the current week's points to the running total. Thanks.

Yeah, he’s been taking what he has from the previous week and as the games end I believe he just edits his original post. This upcoming week is when we start seeing separation as far as points with bonus points. Anyone with Hodgson, Woodbridge, and Tower Hill will begin receiving their Bonus Points.
