My 10 year old will complete his 3rd week at Alpha and loves it and the trainers. I’m very happy with Alpha.

Godwin for one also Mr Daniels himself was in the NFL. Its a good program if your a skill position player. Main focus is their Team Delaware 7v7 team that travels and does well up and down the east coast at the tournaments

Alpha Training is awesome, doesn't cost an arm and a leg, and they also have an indoor facility.
Jake Atkinson (owner) is awesome, and his staff has plenty of D1/NFL experience.

Jemil Merrell trains my son on Mondays and Fridays and Jerome Smith and sometimes Jake train him on Wednesdays. I also took my boy to their Lineman Academy last night (an hour and a half of line specific drills (offense and defense split up) and one on ones for only 10 bucks). Jemil and Eric Latimore were running it (along with several other guys who I didn't know). That's a pretty impressive lineup to have training and coaching your kid.

Alpha is a top notch place. Jerome From what I hear from everyone is a great teacher and mentor. Highly recommended
