Per Capital, Delaware probably has more D-1 players playing or going D-1 than any other state in the Union. There are many current talented players who come from Delaware, including Chris Godwin, Brain O'Neil, and many more. But the fact that D. Wade is the first QB in Delaware in the past 40 years to go D-1 and on top of that, to start for a D-1 program is a helluva accomplishment for a Delaware player. Despite Wade playing through a snore Hamstring injury in his first start, it was a nice debut. I expect great things from Wade.
