I don't understand Townsend at all.... Not a fan of Johnson either. His offense is so predictable and really wasn't doing much until his DC Lou Copio came on the staff like 4 years ago or so. He does a solid job building up the team(that's saying something with Milford and Poly practically poaching kids yearly) but isn't consistent enough and gets out coached far too often especially in big games.

Not sure where you figure that Milford is poaching kids from Lake Forest. In the last few years, there have been twice as many kids going from Milford to Lake as there are kids going from Lake to Milford. Look at the school choice numbers. And I agree, not sure why Townsend or Johnson would be at the top of anyone's list, especially to be listed ahead of Hearn.

Jody Russell and Tatnall staff. They get 30 players maybe every year.
