Concord won Wednesday 12-3 over Wilmington Christian and 14-0 over William Penn Thursday.
Delaware Lax is off to the same old same old, a few (less than 5) pretty good to very good teams, 10 to 15 average teams and the remaining are learning as they go. Actually this is the same in most sports in DE.

Sallies beat Saint Peter Saint Paul's 11-9 tonight at Washingon College. Sals did not play well and were undisciplined on D. Way too many trips to the sidelines for penalties The Sals controlled 9 of the first 11 face offs but were only up 2-1 after the first and tied at 5 after two. It was 8-7 Sals after three.

It was a game of runs. At one point the Sals led 5-2 but the Saint Peter/Paul squad scored the next 5 goals to take a 7-5 lead mid way through the third. The Sals ended the game on a 6-2 run for the victory. The Sals are "very" talented but will need to improve to have any chance against Hill.

Do you have the Sallies Individual scorers and goalie saves in the game? Please feed me that part and do you have anything from St. Peter St. Paul's along with what your feeding me is great and I appreciate it if you want to contribute if you don't know any fyi from St. Peters St. Paul' s please just focus on Salesianum Take care DAW

I do not have access to individual statistics. I did not have a roster and do not have a connection to the team. I just jotted a few notes down while watching the game. I would like to see shots and saves as well. I was not keeping track but my sense is that the Sals took a lot more shots. The kid from Saint Peters had a great game and made quite a few saves.

WNJ did a nice job reporting the Hill at Sallies game. The Sals needed to play a perfect game to beat Hill and they did not. Sals had at least 5 unforced errors and with so few possessions to work with the turnovers were killers. There were 21 face offs during the game and Hill came away with possession after 17 of them. Hill the better team but not by much. The huge difference in the game was at FOGO.

Hill's poles were incredible and their ride caused some issues. They are a deep, exciting team to watch. Nice being able to see that game in our area code. Line after line of O taking shifts, 92, 95, 39, 49....endless

Hill starting attack # 76 was a kid from NJ who will play at Villanova next year. I met his dad at the game (there was a big group of Hill parents that follow the team to the games.) and he told us that besides his son there were 3 other U. S. kids on the team. He said they like playing teams like Sallies because they know the Sals will give Hill a good game.
