Delmar-29 Delmar-38 halftime.

Dover's Jorden Allen has 22 at the half & hasn't missed a shot, 3-3 pointers & an and 1 dunk w/ 2 hands. Delmar's Ennis on the other hand had a terrible first half w/ 5 or 6 turnovers & he hit 2 baskets w/ like a minute left n the half & has 7 pts. I have not been impressed w/ him as of yet & he is nowhere near the #5 player in the state. There are 10 players in the Henlopen North alone that I would say are better than him.

Delmar-45 Dover-49 after 3 qtrs. Dover was up 38-24 w/ 2 minutes left in the 2nd qtr & benched their starters, Delmar closed out the half on a 5-0 run gaining momentum & now Dover finds themselves in another dogfight against a far less talented team. I like Delmar's point guard #3.

Dover wins 67-63. Allen finished w/ 34 & Ennis had 14 I believe.

My man Allen!! Stef has to stop tripping don't pull your starters unless your up by 20 with a minute left in the 4th quarter in the playoffs

Doghead22, I was not at the games vs Woodbridge or Milford but heard something similar happened & they loss those 2 games to teams that they were more talented than. I like Steph a lot but in my opinion you cannot let a team gain any confidence like that at no point in time during the game...you have to keep your foot on the pedal. Delmar came out in the 3rd qtr & simply outhustled Dover & Dover was nowhere near as aggressive. I have Dover beating St. E's in the next round but they'll need to play the full 32 minutes to beat a good team like that. Allen is definitely a 2nd Team All-Stater. Ennis' numbers would not look so good in the box scores if he played in the Henlopen North, Blue Hen Flight A or Flight B. #3 kept Delmar in striking distance.

I like him as well but at times he likes to over coach when his team has a rhythm. I think they will win Friday too but ploy I think will lose they have a great coach but his player are to soft to win in the playoff this happens to him every year I feel bad for him

I have heard others say that as well as far as overcoaching. I'm more confident in Polytech beating Howard than I am in Dover beating St. E's especially since Poly will be at home. I think that this is Polytech's best chance at getting there & even better than year's' past. Hopefully we get 2 downstate teams at the Bob. I actually like Smyrna over William Penn as well.

I've seen Dover twice this year. They seem like a streaky team. They can look great and then not so great. They have talent and play good defense. But St Es is playing their best ball of the season. I don't see Dover beating the Vikings at the E center.

Also saw Howard early but not since January. Polytech has more talent, size etc. But I know Howard has a nice backcourt., very quick. Poly needs to use size advantage in this game. Howard won't go easy.
