Thought about leaving that one out.. The alternative was Red Lion v Tower Hill.. at the end of the day its a inner conference game both are 2-2 and its at Milford..you never know lol..

Lol true! The way the season is going, it’s A LOT of teams in this grey area, I feel like anyone can be beat at this point. I honestly can see Milford hanging close early but Dover winning by 14+ Milford isn’t bad if they limit there mistakes...

Have to be careful with daisy chains. It's a game of match ups and teams match up different with other teams...not that any of us have the time or ability to study the match ups .. just saying

I assume your talking about the Archmere v Woodbridge game? Not sure anyone is saying WB will destroy Archmere but they just have high confidence they will win. Tough to travel South and win let alone there will be allot of emotion in that building and they will be playing for their fallen brother..

as long as we are running the daisy chain.. WB definitely has the better resume.. Friends @ Friends, Caravel, Rock Ridge (dud) and Concord at Concord..

fyi.. imo the jury is not out on Caravel at this point will likely be 9-1 and in the running for a 2 seed

I'm interested to see what DMA does this weekend against Cape before I give a full judgement on them. They have a really bad loss to Milford. Cape defeated Milford 2 weeks ago and Cape doesnt look very good.
Now this is comparing D1 to D2. Yes I know Milford is D1 now but they are still a D2 football team atm.

I agree but I think emotionally this week may be tough on them, Archmere's offense is dynamic with a great run game but more importantly, they have a shutdown run defense and the only points scored on them is through the pass and I am not confident with their ability to pass.

I just don’t see it being close, Woodbridge hasn’t played their best football yet. They have a lot of young guys taking on new roles this year and still 4-0 against some pretty good teams. They’ve probably played the toughest schedule in D2 this year and have handled business. When those young guys start clicking, it’s going to be trouble, also they now have a huge chip on their shoulder, a bigger purpose just got a little bigger, those boys are playing for Troy! #FightLike4
 
Archmere vs Woodbridge is the most intriguing matchup of the year so far, regardless of D1 or D2.

4-0 vs 4-0. Ascending team vs defending State champs. Run stuffing D vs Run pounding O. Explosive O vs Punishing D. Something has to give.

The tragic passing of Troy adds an intense level of emotion to this game as well.

This is the matchup this forum has been begging for for years now.

Can't wait for the 302Sports live stream to fail and only get updates from the forum/twitter

I would dispute that Woodbridge has played the hardest schedule in D2 this year. I would say Delmar has played a tougher schedule up to this point than Woodbridge.

Of course it's impossible to find a completely accurately portrayal of SoS, but if you look at Massey ratings, Woodbridge's opponents are rated: Caravel 4757, Rock Ridge 9158, Friends 5620, Conrad 7053 for a total of 26,558. Delmar's are: St Mary's 2702, Parkside 2380, Queen Ann's 7504, Easton 3772 for a total of 16,358.

If you look at Maxpreps ratings, Woodbridge's opponents are rated: Caravel 3823, Rock Ridge 9319, Friends 4368, Conrad 7346 for a total of 24,856. Delmar's are: St Mary's 2336, Parkside 2791, Queen Ann's 8242, Easton 3849 for a total of 17,218.

The ratio between Woodbridge and Delmar is >1.62 for Massey and >1.44 for Maxpreps. I know computer rankings are far from perfect, but it's hard to argue that Woodbridge has played a harder schedule than Delmar so far this year.

Well I'm an Engineer and actually like math BiB ;)

But your way is easier. I forget Massey also had a SoS of schedule rating. On Massey, Delmar is ranked 6th in Delaware for SoS at 17.82 (1st in D2) and Woodbridge is ranked 18th at 4.74 (3rd in D2). Caraval at 6.99 is also ranked ahead of Woodbridge at 14th (2nd in D2).

Archemer: -6.47
Tower Hill: -18.09
