They could hire Bill Belichick and it really wouldn't matter.

They could try another approach. If I were them, I would find a parent that thinks his kid is the football star he would have been. Bring in a bunch of inner city recruits, change it into a Christian Academy, (because it sounds nice), hire Raven Rooster as a Public Relations and Promotions head, then skirt every rule because you "are doing it for Christ and the kids". You just have to make sure you have enough money to grab, doesn't matter who it belongs to.
