Dover's band is special. They are very entertaining, play well and have a lot of energy. It's obvious they put a lot of hard practice time in to do what they do.

They were at the Milford Halloween parade this past Wednesday, always a great show. The parade featured quite a few bands this year. Sussex Tech, Smyrna, Poly, Milford, Plus a few more from Maryland. Even the The Woodland String band from Philly came down. Sadly, Bummy and his Accordion All Stars, did not make the trip south of the canal.

The reports,I received did not include a report on the bands.

One of my contacts told me that the Slowskys fumbled 4-5 times ....losing possession in all except one case??
Nobody hits harder than Penn. Look for turnovers.
Also, told the Slowskys probably had close to 100 yards of Oline penalties. Say what? This close to November? Those issues would be over if there was real talent and discipline in that unit.

Sorry, clones. The Slowskys are in for a Holloween Humiliation. I play to attend game.

Does it really matter who wins or loses the regular season contest? Neither team will show their full arsenal knowing that there is a good chance they will meet again the the playoffs.

LOL I love when people say this... yeah ok both teams will play vanilla because seeding is not important. Trust me HS coaches aren't that sophisticated.. They will both play to win and run their offense.. What arsenal does either of these teams have that they haven't shown yet?

Do they have some top secret 230 lbs running back that runs a 4.3 40 that they haven't played yet that they are saving to employ in the play-offs?... haha

It's just an opinion. Regular season games for teams already in the playoffs are forgotten but championships go down in history. Regardless of whether there is a hidden arsenal the importance of this game is not as much as it will be when the playoffs start.

Dub P is going to smash Sals!!!!!

Dover's band is headed up by somebody who either went to DSU or knows somebody at DSU because they have pretty much the same tunes as the Approaching Storm (I'm an alum, so I know, lol) and they sound BETTER as high schoolers. Some quality musicianship in the state cap.

They really project from the stands and their synchronized moves are fun to watch.

Speaking of the Mummers....I just changed my avatar to a picture of my dog Billy The Kid who was rescued from a Philadelphia kill shelter. In the picture he is being held by a guy from Finnegan's Brigade as they were preparing for the parade early New Year's morning 2 years ago.

I don't see you backing that up with a one year exit from the boards

The play some of the same stuff as the WVU marching band too - at least the did a couple years ago when my boy was playing. Dover's band is awesome. Sussex Tech has a good one too.
