Nope. The News Journal has an article about the coach quitting and there was only 15 students at the first practice. Hopefully the boys can find another school to play with. Similar to another school up state a few years ago.

The Bucks have a few open dates, would love to fill in a few games if DIAA would allow!

Interesting that the school disputed everything the former coach said and the school said they will be ready to go next Thursday. If they do play I'm curious if they will make it through the whole season

if dma wanted to play up a division thats better than playing down a division against a team that is a new program and has 1 win in three years.

So then why is Smyrna scheduling DMA? You can’t have both sides of the argument. None of us really know what went into scheduling that game. IIRC, they were scheduled against Sallies (another game they shouldn’t play) so maybe it was an availability thing.
