St George's 26 Howard 18........Howard is coming off a nice win against Archmere and always seems to play well against good teams. St George's gets a much needed bounce back win after getting beat by William Penn. St. George's defeated Howard 20-8 last season.
Salesianum 34 Caesar Rodney 6...........CR is looking for its 1st win against Sallies since 2008. Not this year.
Sussex Tech 28 Indian River 14............Sussex Tech starts 2-0.
Interboro 24 Sussex Central 21........Sussex Central wing T looked really good last week in their shutout win over Laurel. Interboro 1-1 is always a tough PA foe.
St. Marks 24 Lake Forest 14.........St. Marks played a very good 2nd half against Newark after falling behind 19-0 in the 1st half. Expect a spirited effort from Lake though who lost a tough one to Hodgson 38-30.
Middletown 21 William Penn 14.........William Penn defeated Middletown twice last year (21-7) and (42-14). Middletown gets some revenge on Friday night. Solid defense and a balanced offense will be the key for the Cavaliers. Expect to see these teams matchup again later this season.
Woodbridge 26 Polytech 21..........Hard to see Poly winning this game after getting lit up for 60 last week. Woodbridge won 35-21 last season but Poly has won 5 out of the last 7 in the series.
Hodgson 44 Christiana 6..........56-0, 50-6, 42-6, and 52-6. Hodgson has dominated an over matched Christiana team the last 4 years.
Archmere 23 Brandywine 12.........Archmere won last year 26-0 and will get it done again this year.
Newark 27 Mount Pleasant 16...........Mount will enter Flight A play with plenty of confidence after demolishing rival Brandywine 44-0 last week. Newark also is a confident team after holding on to beat St. Mark's. Mount has plenty of speed and the 10:30 AM start could hinder Newark early in the game. Newark pulls away in the 2nd half.
Delcastle 21 Charter 12............Both teams were shutout last week but look for the Cougars to prevail. Delcastle won 56-34 last season.
DMA 21 Milford 7.............Milford scored 67 points last week. Not this week. DMA defense wins this one.
Laurel 21 St. Elizabeth 14...........Laurel moved the ball well against Sussex Central last week but failed to find the end zone. Laurel won 35-0 last year. Much closer this year against an improved St Elizabeth team.
