My 8 month self exile has slowed me down. I will do better next time.
My message is that Judge may win the Big Division in the PCL this year.

Father Judge opened their season in fine fashion Friday Night.
Judge plays an Inter Ac team next week. Then their game # 3 will be at the Slowskys on 9/9.

Judge's QB has just recommitted from Temple. Looks like the Slowskys are in for a long night.

"Recommitted from Temple"? SALS gotta watch a hot shot that can recommit from. (You ok Bummy? SALS have you worried again?)

Judge is on a roll. Knocked off Germantown Academy tonight 35-14.
They have the all Catholic QB and a multitude of weapons.

Looks like a tough opener for the Slowskys.

lol Germantown Academy? ummm they are not good never have been,.. Caravel used to go up and scrimmage them and stopped making the trip because it was a waste of time. They did invite us to their team BBQ after the scrim though so there is that .. nice folks just suck at football lol

GA was 7-3 last year. I will be the first to admit that they are not the calibre of a top tier DE D1 team.
But this is about Judge. They have the all PCL QB and are very athletic.
Come on rooster. How do the Slowskys do against athletic teams?
Judge has had 2 games. This will be the Slowsky maiden voyage.
I think Judge by 2 TD's.

respectfully,

Bummy

Fellow Oblate school and Philadelphia school. Certainly no cup cake. Bummy is correct and this is a stout team headed to Baynard

I dont disagree with that,, Sallies has their hands full I am sure.. but Germantown as a reference is weak

Caravel as a reference is weaker. ECAravel on the other hand...they're a different story.

Sallies has their hands full every week and that's why I say SALS 17-judge 14.

I agree eagle. Every year they play one of if not the hardest schedules out of any team and still consistently make the play offs. Maybe next year they'll swap Judge and CA for Charter, Delcastle, or maybe Appo. NOT!!!

Appo might actually be pretty good next year, just saying

rr, I said specifically in my post that this was about Judge.
Judge has WR named Gies. The have the all PCL QB. They are stout on both sides of the ball. They are athletic.
Of course, the Slowskys can beat them but looking at the Judge advantage of 2 games played and 2 more weeks of practice-----the Slowskys are the underdog.

My Lord, rr. When did you become the publicity man for Salesianum?
You have been in this state a couple of years and you are starting to act like a clone.
I still have the greatest respect and admiration for you all the same.

I pegged you for a transplant but didn't know you have only been here 6 years. First love was caravel (before ECA merger), now you're smitten with Sallies. You'll be clanging a cow bell in no time lil buddy.

Judge is a tough opponent but I'm thinking after last year's loss, BDN will get the boys fired up and prepared enough for some payback.

RR's first love was Red Lion He stayed true to the program and what they were trying to do. RR is a good parent and knowledgeable high school football and sports guy.

We can't have that! The SALS are keeping Bummy alive with a 50/50 percentage "against" pick each week. I am sure Bummy is "hook em horns" tonight with ND having to travel. Hell this is Sussex Central all over again

Weren't they trying to do essentially what ECA did but they still at least taught the kids non-football subjects as well? I can't remember exactly what happened but I do know they were disciplined a number of times from the state for shady things...

Thank you Sir and everything I said and defended I truly believed at the time whether time and more information proved me wrong which it did... I never made stuff up or lied..

"They" were just some well meaning folks charmed then set aside. Hey get that Cowbell and if you have the $$ fly out to El Camino If you don't have the $$, steal it and get out there

1. The clones do usually have the most challenging schedule in the state.
2. rr is a good person and parent. I sometimes try to throw him off with gibberish. (It hasn't worked yet)
3. Judge will be tough for the clones but Judge has been under scheduled in their first 2 games.
4. Top is a true blue clone based on his posts.
5. Cow wow you liked one of my posts.
6 I give CR credit. They don't duck anybody.
7. I am a Notre Dame fan. Texas scares me but I ain't drinking any burnt orange cool aid.

Malvern is the good Interac football team

Sals used to play harder schedule with 3-5 tough out of state like Poly, teams from OHio, etc

There schedule this year is the weakest I have seen it in 15 years. For the record still one of if not the toughest in the state just comparing it to older Sals schedules.

Sals and St Marks both have played tons of powerhouse teams out off state - hell STM played Paramus with Jabril Peppers just 3 years ago. STM is obviously in a different place and should stick with D2 in state teams. Sals can still play OOS though and should IMO - it's good for DE and fun to see how they do.

'Nole- I said it back then and I will say it now.....which will fire up the Clones (again).
No Delaware team has ever played a team on Paramus Catholics level that year. RLCA aside. Sals do usually play a tough schedule but people always forget or just do not know the competition the Spartans had to play-was usually as good if not better than Sallies.
