FCA Bucks football program is looking to expand and create another team in the New Castle County area. FCA bucks is a high school level football program for homeschool students and students who go to small schools without football. Our team in sussex county won the Eastern Christian Conference championship this year. New team would become a member of this conference as well.
We are looking for a head coach to head up this process. Head coaches must first be interviewed by FCA directors and also sign a statement of faith and pass background check.
New team would have some equipment help from Sussex county team. Established protocols and budgets are already set up in a way that works.
All that is needed is a coach passionate about his faith first and football after, and motivated to find sponsors and donors to secure budget needs and go out and get the players.
