GAME OF THE YEAR

Before the year closes out wanted to see if anyone had a favorite game of the year.

I went to many games, saw most of the team in the tournament. My game of the year was DMA at Conrad. I thought it might be decent game because of being in the same neighborhood. I hadn't been to a game at Conrad.

The place was packed. The Conrad and DMA student sections were loud and into the game from the introductions on. They had the cheers and responses ready. Great atmosphere is what makes high school ball special and it was there that night.

The game was great too. Conrad big early lead but DMAcame out with full court press to start 2nd half. Game was close to the end with the Seahawks winning it 53-45.

Mount at Hodgson...Hodgson down 2 Ray Jones come down hits a 3 w/ 5 seconds left then Raheem Burnett goes the full length of the court & hits the floater at foul line as the time expires & then the crowds storm the court!!! #Classic

Even though no Delaware teams were involved, the Roselle Catholic vs Gonzaga game at slam dunk to the beach was awesome.

Yeah, this was the best game I saw this year too. Burnett had a tough game in this one. Hodgson defense really held him in check. And then he hit the game winner as calm as a cucumber.

Roselle Catholic vs Gonzaga at slam dunk to the beach was an instant classic, and was on ESPN. Great game. Also this past weekend with possibly 2,000 people on hand, fan sections going, the henlopen conference championship game was a great game close throughout, that had to be iced with free throws with .7 left on the clock
