Just read that Dover hired Taylor Tuck as their new coach. Can you turn that program around stop the exodus of freshman talent to STMA?

Gonna be hard to get that STMA train stopped (unless it stops itself), but to have a 23 year old coach who's played high level D1 ball is going to be interesting for Dover because she was playing as recently as a year ago and she's close enough to the players' age to relate to their struggles of being a student athlete. Might take some time, but it's definitely worth watching.
