CR gets blown out by Delcastle, trailed by 31 after the 3rd quarter & has now lost 3 straight.

Sussex Tech/Cape game gets heated w/ multiple techs, ejections & has to be finished 3 on 3 w/ Tech coming back in the 4th to win 63-62.

St. Mark’s hands Delmarva Christian their first loss of the season 49-46. Delmarva Christian gets William Penn this Saturday.

Delmarva Christian deserves credit for scheduling more DE teams this season, but losing to St. Mark's is a bad omen with Penn coming up.

I agree! I like their schedule this year, it’s only going to help them get to that next level... already beat a competitive Laurel team, beat Delmar, scheduled Penn and have Lake the last game of the season

I saw that from Saturday, add in Mt. Pleasant getting spanked by Sallies 58-27 & it was a rough week for Flight A teams not named William Penn.

DMA is 7-4 and has a chance for first place in DSAC against Newark Charter this week, so maybe not so much an egg. Still, a surprising result.

Sallies putting the beats to Mount, I DID NOT see that coming.

I wouldn’t put too much into looking at Sallies 6-8 record, they are a top 10 team here in DE. 5 of those losses were to very good out of state teams & the other 3 were to William Penn, Appo & Sanford who were all top 5 teams in DE as of last week’s News Journal rankings. You could be looking at another Sallies team sitting around .500 that gets a bye in the first round of the playoffs.

I was more surprised by DMA’s win over Delcastle...DMA hadn’t beaten a team over .500 & had bad losses to McKean & Tatnall.

I've seen Sallies twice (against Penn and St. E) and I know they're way more talented than their record suggests. I was just surprised because I'd seen Mount against Newark and figured they still had a pretty good team.

I wouldn’t put too much into looking at Sallies 6-8 record, they are a top 10 team here in DE.

The only reason for that is the rest of the state is even worse than usual this year
