Mental part of the game

Last night I saw a sad thing at the Red Lion -MHS game. Red Lion head coach embarrassed one of his players on there home field in front of several fans. Being up 8-2 in the top of 7th inning he put in a new pitcher. She threw 4 balls in a row and he came out and removed her from the circle and sent her to 2B. Walked back in the dugout and then called time again and then completely removed her from the game. Really after throwing 4 pitches you embarrass the young lady like that. This young lady was just standing there looking like she was just confused and clearly upset. What is he teaching this young lady? Now that you completely embarrassed her, now she most likely felt humiliated in front of our her fans. This coach should look himself in the mirror and evaluate why he is coaching. I would hope the AD, who was there, would speak with him about coaching the mental side of the game . As a fan of the opposing team I truly felt so sorry for the young lady. I would ask "Is this coaching representing Red Lion values?"
