Where are the downstate fans? There's not another downstate team that belongs on this list?

I don't think the downstate fans believe in none of their teams. Above the canal ruled the state for 17 years now and currently counting.

@8yaz, I am from downstate & the only argument that could possibly be made is Smyrna in around 10 or so at 13-5 w/ a win over St. E's & a close loss to Concord by 6...they got Sallies this Friday. Dover would probably be the next up but not deserving of a Top 10 ranking at this time sitting @ 11-7. Dover went through a stretch in which they loss some very close games...they loss 5 out of 6 at one point by a total of 8 points. They have since won 5 straight though & will be a tough out for anybody come tournament time with all of the talent that they have.

8yaz-I will speak up for downstate:)

Dover should be in top 10 before Smyrna. Could be a dangerous team in the tournament.

Thanks for being heard downstaters. The only downstate that I've seen is Poly, who appear to be legit.

8yaz I agree Polytech is legit as they have lots of size and good guard play. Dover lost to them by 4 points and 1 point at home. If Dover could make free throws they could have beaten Polytech.

Penn's a sleeper team in this tournament. Size might not be ideal, but they're super-disciplined and they share the ball fairly well. We'll see how good they can be Friday (weather permitting) when they play Concord.

Hope to catch the Concord WP game. Have yet to see Concord hoop this year. Should be a good test for WP.
