Polytech just ran Hodgson right out of the gym from beginning to end last night too & that was a Hodgson team coming off of an upset victory over then #3 Concord. I've seen them a number of times this year too & that have looked legit. I'm sure A.I., Newark & Hodgson have confidence in them. They played well versus the upstate teams during the summer too.

IMO sallies and sanfords records wouldn't matter because they're playing teams no one else will. They both are winning their in state games while playing great out of state competition. they will both be at the bob easily.

I'm definitely a believer in Sanford & I like Sallies but not nearly as much to say that they will be at the Bob "easily" since they are not as deep this year. As for them winning their in-state games they have 3 in-state losses to Howard, Sanford & St. E's. If the format is 8 teams make it to the Bob this year then yes I'd pencil Sallies in (depending on their draw & the seeding) but if only 4 then I'm not so sure about that. Polytech is the only other team besides Sanford that does not have any in-state losses.

Yea you're right J. Sanford will be there, sallies has to get a big game from donte to compete unlike last year. I just think him and the shane kid will find a way to make the final 8. I draw back from the easily statement though lol

Thanks oldtimer22. You get to see more games w/ this format but it just seems all too easy for the #1-8 seeds to be able to get to the Bob by simply winning one home game.

I agree J12. Final 4 at bob. Puts more pressure on teams to win 2 or 3 games before you get to bob.
