That would be one of best things to happen to DE football, especially if he hasn't committed. Would do way more for next years players than Middletown going to IMG, that's for sure, as far as exposure.

WCAC has been the wild wild west for awhile now. Keith Plank just upped the ante a bit lol.. Plank, Poggi, The Fertitta Bros (Bishop Gorman) etc.. arms race on steroids
Conflicting reports regarding Lloyd.. some saying he was just mad about something and has cooled and staying.. Probably all the rumors of McGregor bringing players from SFA to take spots from current players etc... Most notably RB Blake Corum who was the best RB in Maryland last season IMO and many others opinions who is a McGregor recruit from Warrenton, VA so DeMatha will be much closer to home.. buts it all rumor and conjecture at this point also talk that Lloyd may go to IMG as well but I don't think that will happen.. This is one of those wait and see what shakes up this summer things at this point
Personally I would like to see Lloyd come home and graduate with his friends he has every offer in the book from Alabama on down the list so nothing more to gain there.. Come home and give us a show...

I am hoping that he skips his senior year and goes right to Notre Dame..
Currently Maryland and Penn State are the odds on favorites to land Lloyd... ND would be nice but unless things change he may be headed to Maryland with his coach..

He has Georgia and Alabama. Why would he pick either of those two?
Connection with the coaches.Penn State always recruits that area hard the RB coach is always around and Coach Franklin has strong ties in the area as well. The Bama offer was from Coach Locksley who is now the HC at Maryland and Maryland's RB coach is now Coach Brooks his former HC at DeMatha.. Locksley and Franklin were at Maryland coaching together.. point being all these guys recruit DC and DeMatha hard and have ties.

I don't know.. He is invited to the Polynesian Bowl next year so he may want to do some announcement at one of those type all-star games.. who knows? I would guess if he decides to go with Locks and Brooks at UMD he would make the announcement sooner rather than later.. just a guess though

McGregor coming back just caught everyone off guard and surprised.. Everyone thought Josh Wilson would be promoted to HC so some players were mad about that..
