Those would be some interesting first round match-ups if the tiebreakers held serve. There's not one game that says absolute win for one side or the other. Really think IR would give DMA a much-needed challenge.

Good chance that IR finishes 4-6.

Tatnall has a good chance to finish 7-3 if they can beat Conrad. Possibly 3 Independent conference teams in the playoffs . Not a good scenario.

Caravel, St. Marks, Archmere, and Hodgson all basically out.

St. Mark's could actually backdoor their way in at 5-5. A win over St. E's and if Sallies finishes 9-1 (good bet), that's 10 points and St. Georges and DMA finishing at least 9-1 would give them another 2, so that would add up to 31. If Conrad beats Tatnall but loses to DMA/Friends beats Tower Hill, St. Mark's would finish 8th.

Not sure where you come up with 31.

They have 19 right now, with these possibilities:
4 from St. Elizabeth
3 from Salesianum
1 more from DMA
1 more from Lake Forest
1 more from St. George's
That would make 29, or 2.90

Any chance Tower Hill is pulling a Spartan 2013 shindig, and trying to find an opponent this week to bolster their playoff status????? LOL

time to call 2-7 Oxford(PA) won't make the play-offs this year and usually will play a game.. only works for week 10 though.. CA?

Looking at D 1 points, my understanding is that a win against a D 2 opponent is only worth 4 points not 6, is this correct?

That sixth seed in D1 is really a huge toss up, the top 5 will enter the playoffs probably in that exact order. But I really have no idea about the 6th, I see cape dropping its next two games and I still see mount P as a team that deserves to be there. SC and concord also 2 big possibilities for the final spot.

Cape had (2) D 2 schools on their schedule, IR and Lower Cape May (enrollment 986) plus Smyrna & ST remaining chances are slim!

I say run with 4 teams in Div 1 and give the 2 additional spots to Div 2. The smaller division is more competitive this year with more teams deserving of a shot at the title. Mount, Concord, Appo & Cape have all taken a whooping by one team or another and have absolutely no shot at beating one of the top 4. Just an opinion.

Obviously I know this can't happen.
