Primal Wrestling is a new club that will be opening this offseason. It will be hosted at Hodgson VoTech and the focus of the program will be to build a strong set of fundamental wrestling skills in the neutral, offensive and defensive positions for the novice HIGH SCHOOL wrestler. The club is intended for novice high school wrestlers that are new to the sport or need more instruction/drilling on basic wrestling techniques/situations.
The club will operate on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00-8:00pm in the Hodgson Wrestling Room. The only requirement is the purchase of a AAU membership card.
