Week 2 Didn't give us a whole lot of surprises (Unless you count Mount Pleasant beating Concord in a pitchers' duel), but CR beating Central throws a wrench in a possible second bid for the Henny North. More than a few games this week can cause some separation in both D1 and D2.
Game of the Week: Caesar Rodney at Delmar, Friday 11/06, 7 pm
The Riders inserted themselves in the D1 playoff conversation with a stunner over Central last week, but it doesn't get any easier as they head to one of the toughest places in Delaware to win a game. The Wildcats got a game in and rested key guys against Seaford, so they will be good and ready. A win for the Wildcats here and assuming they win their remaining games, likely gets them one of the two first round home games. A win for the Riders would be huge for confidence with Smyrna and Dover being their two toughest tests remaining.
