Sanford is still King until somebody beats them

64-54 I believe. People fail to realize that those teams that Sanford's 4 losses came to outside of DE are superior to our in-state teams. Scheduling those types of teams has Sanford ready for any team in DE every year. And to think that some people were saying Sanford shouldn't be in the Top 10 rankings right here in DE...they are 2-0 in DE w/ wins over Glasgow & Smyrna. I myself thought Smyrna had enough to beat Sanford but you can't give a team like Sanford a comfortable lead.
Stan is the difference maker. He gets his kids to play and play hard. As long as he is there Sanford will be in the mix.
#5 from Smyrna needs to be dismissed from team. Had learned nothing about humility, respect or team since middle school. No way he would put on a uniform fir any team that I coached. Good athlete pods poor sportsman and I wouldn't have it

I agree.. I was there.. That was horrible.. Gotta except loosing.. He should be suspended 5 games at least... And get him some help.. Like a mentor... Great potential....
After game.. When each team line up and walk threw line and shake hands .. He took his hand and mushed a player from Sanford in his face and then try to go in stands and fight people who saw him do it and didnt like it.. Police had to come in and take control... His coach got to suspended him 2 to 5 games ... If not he basically saying you can do watever..
He's so overrated as a player its crazy. He can shoot you in games and make you lose them by his jumper and bad decision making.
Who cares where they're ranked you have to play the game and when you have a far superior coach like stan calling the ord will ALWAYS have an opportunity for the W! Mount really should've been beaten by Cape.
Agree 100% that kid needs to be banned from any sports period! It will tell you about Smyrna if he continues to play. Do they care about trying to win or the integrity of the sport.
You're forgetting in the game when he elbowed davis in the face and it wasn't called then he passed the ball and pushed him with two hands...then after he got the foul called on him....he pushed him again! Then the incident in the line ups after the game to shake hands. He needs to be off the team. Playing any sport is a privilege not a right.

No control of team... If they had a better coach.. Mount wouldnt be a problem at all.. Cant run a 5 man weave on offense and nobody in the paint on offense the whole game... Now i see why they only have 45 pionts a game... Just sad..

Problem is there are too many politics at cape to run the team how it should be run. Until they get a real coach in there Cape won't return to the pressing fast paced team it used to be. Cape has talent but no one to utilize it properly. From what every top team has shown so far cape isn't far behind anyone.

off the team and get him help! 5 games means nothing to this kid obviously...especially when this is a repeated behavior since middle school and he was already suspended 2 games this year for his behavior.

I didnt know he was suspended earlier in the season smh... Well lets see if he play at Poly tomorow.. If the coach all ow him to play.. The AD of school need to step in because he really needs help.. Hope Coach make right decision...
