This guarantees the DSC 3 teams in the tournament. Archmere's final four are St. E's, FSMA, Charter and Red Lion.

Conrad beat Charter 37-14 to go to 5-1, their final 4 games are Delcastle, McKean, Tower Hill and DMA.

There's going to be one unhappy Henlopen South/Flight B team when the tournament pairings are announced.
 
If Caravel wins out they will get in. They will have 6 to 9 bonus pts coming

Conrad should beat Tower Hill, so winning over McKean and Delcastle added into that, plus whatever bonus point(s) they get from DMA, I have them at 37 points/10 games = 3.7 index. That should be enough.

7-3 would leave them at 33/3.33. It'll be close.
 
CA could actually lose one more and end up at 33 or 34 with bonus points,, but I dont think they will lose to Glasgow so I have them at 37 or 38 also Caravel will win all tie breeakers

Will Conrad and Archmere have enough points to get in the Tournament though, a 7-3 Record may not do it this year

correct I didnt realize they played two D1 cream puffs lol good scheduling by them.. It is ridiculous you can schedule Delcastle and Charter go 7-3 and take a play off spot from a much better team JMHO

Delcastle nor Charter should be D1 period.. In Charters case how many Cab Calloway kids even play football? It's two different schools in the same complex to count Cabs enrollment with Charters is silly.. Use Charters count and if a kid or two from Cab wants to play then let them so what

We've seen how slow DIAA is to come into the 21st century on most things, I would think taking a head count of Cab/Charter athletes is not even on their to-do list sadly.

They don't even have to do that. Charter is the DIAA member school Cab is not.. Use Charters enrollment and if Cab kids want to play let them.. Just like they allow Red Lion/Glasgow Churches home school kids to play but use RLCA's enrollment for classification
 
One of these ADs, the ones with juice, have to introduce a resolution this summer to do that. No way Charter should be helping Conrad or anybody else get in the playoffs with cheap points.

I agree except for Caravel. A 7-3 Conrad has zero chance of taking a spot from them even if CA loses to Glasgow (which is not going to happen) CA has the bonus points and tie break advantage over every D2 team in DE except Glasgow if Glasgow should win then Glasgow would have the head to head tie break.. CA is in the cat bird seat

Honestly I think CA is a favorite to make the D2 ship unless they have to go down south for a semi then well we know that is tough. I also can see two Hen South teams in the ship

CA is clearly better than all the north D2 teams.. Like I said at the beginning of the season the south has risen... Milford, Delmar, WB all tough D2 teams

D2 is still up for grabs but I said a while ago some teams with cupcake schedules are going to take better teams playoffs spots.

Has the south truly risen or is it the same 3 schools and Delmar is one of those teams with cupcake schedule. Hard to not say so when they have only played one school with more than 3 wins and that is the 1 school they lost too (St. Mary's) who has 4 wins. The next best opp record to date is Smithsburg 3-3.They are going to need Milford and Woodbridge's bonus points and possible beat one of them or they will fall in the 7-3 category with many others.

Could Woodbridge lose to St. Mark's and Delmar finishing 7-3 and miss playoffs??? You talking Caravel has bonus points well so does Milford and Howard. Howard could be getting points from St. George's, Hodgson, St. Mark's and Glasgow. If Milford can get 6 from Cape coming up then get bonus points from Poly, DMA, Woodbridge and Delmar.

Caravel making playoffs will come down to Glasgow game. Their hard games are out of the way should win out other then Glasgow which should be a good game.

How does Dickenson work? Its a forfeit so do they get a point or only have 9 games and calculate off of that?
