Concord had the ball for most of the 1st half. Bigger story is Avery Roberts left the game in the 1st quarter and hasn't returned.

Concord up 12 goes for it on 4th down in their own territory and gets stopped. Mount takes advantage of the short field and scored. Miraculous 2 pt conversion on botched extra point.

I didn't understand that one bit. Punt the ball and play defense. Total momentum change.
Give Mount credit. They hung in all day and with most guys going both ways were able to win the game in the 4th quarter.

Definitely going to shake up the rankings this week for me.
Looked like he came up lame on a short run in the 1st qtr. Never returned . Was standing on the sideline for the duration of the game .

I just heard, he pulled his hamstring. I'm thinking he may be out for at least a few weeks. That's not good for Concord. He's an X factor, I'm not sure they can pull it off without him. When he is on the field, he's the main focus and it takes pressure off of other players and opens things up for them.

Hopefully, concord can hold off appo and Newark these next two weeks, and pray that Roberts comes back before they play sallies and William penn in back to back games
