Apparently (going from Facebook post), Sanford lost to Combine Ac., 52-44

Sanford had every chance to win tonight but they couldn’t buy a basket. Didn’t see Stan make many adjustments throughout the game to compensate for the poor shooting.

Let's be honest... What adjustments he could made.. At some piont it's the players got to step up... You got juniors and seniors on that team... Don't blame Stan .. Davis hasn't got any better the last couple .. Now ranked 227 class of 2020..

I would suggest running a different offensive set in an attempt to get an easier look at the basket. I’m not an expert or a coach. Just a fan who thought Sanford was the better team last night that may have gotten out coached.

That team was simply more athletic than Sanford & seemed to want it more. Njoku had one bucket that I seen on a late dunk. I agree with the post that said Davis hasn’t got much better...I want to see him be more aggressive but he just seems like he is OK with just going through the motions. He will struggle at the next level if he goes to a high D1 school where he is facing athleteicism every night. Sanford will still run through teams in DE but I thought that they would also compete with the big dogs....last night was only 1 game but hopefully they will make the necessary adjustments.

Davis needs to get mean, too nice. Stan is too laid back too, never showed any intensity last night. Kids need to be pushed, too many coaches want to be friends with the players these days.

They have lost two games by a combined 10 points, don't think we need to go throwing the towel in just yet. They have Archmere, St. Marks and Sussex Tech on the schedule.

Sallies 0-2 start is to two of the top 5 (top 4 with News Journal having Appo #3 & Penn #4) teams in Delaware this year, so I think they will be OK. They have one of the toughest out of conference schedules each year & still find a way to do well once tournament time is here.
