The atmosphere was great. Sightlines are great. It wasn't very crowded until late in the girls' varsity game, but it was packed after that. Parking is a work in progress. It was cold and muddy in the main lot. This place is going to get a lot of high school action. They already have the Blue-Gold.

Seriously, not a bad seat in the house. Don't know the cost structure, and it might be prohibitive because you lose a home game gate.
