Howard with big stop... Howard looks fast and playing well.. I can't believe this is the same Howard team I saw scrimmage CA.. Coach has done a great job with this team

St G goes four years in row as #1 seed not to win a title,, Howard is very young ..if they can keep their kids on the field they will be a force to be reckoned with.. Excellent job coaching and excellent job by the players buying in getting it done.
There was nothing that happened this season to suggest otherwise.. I didn't see you on here saying Howard would win.. Its easy to throw shots after the fact... Hindsight is always 20/20..
I never said they were easily the best team all year and that no team could beat them like you and some others. Any team can win on any given day....

I went to the game tonight and St. Georges after a strong first drive just wasn't themselves for some reason - 4 turnovers and trailing by two touchdowns is a death sentence considering the offense they run.
Howard played tremendous and Austin the QB gutted it out in spite of some serious pain with his ankle. I feel bad for St. Georges. Such a talented team with good coaches, but the moment has just eluded them so far.

There was zero evidence that pointed to St George's losing today and they had been much the better team all season. They only had 1 close call against St. marks and had pretty much smoked everyone else. Anyone who says they picked Howard is full of crap. Great win for Howard but the Hawks laid an egg tonight.
The only evidence to be looked at were all the upsets that occurred in D II this year. St. Georges was without a doubt the favorite. But as we have all seen all season long, anyone could beat anyone else in D II. Great year for St. G, just an off game. As we saw EVERY top team in D II suffer from this season.
