When he is able to recruit more kids from Edgemoor who want to spend 3 hrs. on a bus everyday......
With 4 freshmen and 4 sophomores it might take a year or so to get them back on track. Been blessed last couple years with Hammrick, Rawls and Bones.
Coming from the Coach with the Chester breeding ground. Stop Whining! You’ve had talent to get the job done stop posting everything negative you sound like a hater.

There is no high school sport more corrupt than upstate basketball. Whining? Its the truth. The Glasgow, and St. Georges coaches and soon to follow DMA openly recruiting kids in Middle School gyms is well known. The St. Thomas More Principal/Coach driving his travel team south everyday is well known too. He's gone. Notice a difference? Neither did Concord.... And it may take a car 30 minutes to get to St. Georges, but they have to drive home too, on a bus and drop off other kids along the way. Its a long time on a bus after a school day and practice/games. Its gotta suck.
Gave Newark kudos for playing there game with JV kids when Glasgow hid from Dickinson. Couldn't stomach losing to the Rams??
Oh you are opposed to parents sending their kid to a school that is 30 minutes away in order to attend a school that may better serve his or her needs....GOT IT! I would like to see more coaches out and about in these gyms developing relationships and supporting their feeder pattern middle school basketball teams. Instead of just showing up everyday going through the motions and collecting a check like a majority of these guys are doing. That is probably why only 3 to 4 teams are relevant year in and year out.

I am not opposed to parents doing what they feel is best for their kids. I am opposed to coaches violating rules and recruiting kids. Period. There are many coaches who do more than X's and O's. There are many who follow the rules and take what they get and turn them into better players and students. There are some that are in it for their own ego's and don't pay any attention to the student aspect. Got it?
And anyone who has been on here more than two days days gets the Concord piece.
