State history?

Is this the first time in state history that a team has gone 0 and whatever and still play in the state tourney? I understand the concept and realignment but thus just doesn't make sense. Can some one please tell me the last time a losing team was represented in a playoffs?

To my knowledge, and I’ve researched back a ways, I believe this is the first time ever. There are six teams with losing records in the field this year, though 4 are in the 3A open tourney.
